Earnest & Boyle are thrilled to announce Ashley as our new Style Director & Colour expert 🥳🥳
Where do we even begin with Ashley, what a career!!!
Ashley has been behind the chair for 30 years with a journey that started with the fabulous Ken Picton formally of The Zoo, Cardiff.
Ashley then expanded her wings to join the power house & hairdressing legends Tony & Guy, Where she worked her way up to Art Director & Educator for the brand 👸🏼, for those who don't know that is a huge deal!!! 🎉. With her experience and continued growth Ashley delivered expert level hairdressing taking part in Photo shoots, Fashion shows, Editorial work & had even had her work publisher in Tony & Guy collection - which is like the hairdressers bible ❤️🙏
Ashley then relocated back to South Wales, where she has spent her time working with the fabulous team at Saints.
Ashley adores cutting, especially long hair & is a huge fan of the classic fundamentals that is the base for all creative work!
Ashley is a huge asset to our team at Earnest & Boyle with the knowledge she very proudly shares, whilst continuing to learn herself & wants nothing more than to create a wonderful and calming space for all her lovely clientele to visit....to put it simply she just adores her job.

Amanda, like Lucy, is a fully fledge Chepstow girl and boasts a wealth of experience in our industry.
Spending her career working out of Chepstow in some of the finest salons our town has to offer, Amanda has spent over 25 + years behind the chair.
For the last 10 years, Amanda has worked out of Saints, where she has focused on growing her skills set in all aspects of hairdressing but now focuses her efforts on both colour and cutting services.
Completing further education along the way from Toni & Guy and Aveda Amanda has worked outside her comfort zone to ensure she stays updated to date with the ever changing trends of the hairdressing world.
Amanda's core focus within salon life is to create a friendly, relaxed, and fun vibe to work with her clientle to give them their ultimate hair dream ❤️

Jayne has been hairdressing for 7 years working out of Chepstow, she shows a passionate and enthusiastic energy to the salon team. Though young in years her passion and drive to always do better inspires us all and she can literally turn her hand to anything.
Jayne Loves to colour and specialises in Balayage & colour service as well as heading up as our Head Extensionist. Jayne runs a full booked coloum and has a min of 2 month wait so get in there quick to grab an appointment.

Charley has been in hairdressing for 5 years, qualified for nearly 3, which makes her the baby our team ❤️
Coming from a fantastic salon in the Chepstow area she is taking the leap to run her own business within Earnest & Boyle 🎉
What Charley lacks in years behind the chair she makes up for with the drive and the determination to be the best she possible can be!
Charley aims to follow in Lucy's footsteps and will be working very closely with Lucy to build and grow her knowledge to specialist level ❤️ She is in it for the long run and we are here for it 💪👑
Her skill set boasts a range right across the hairdressing spectrum, but Charley enjoys blonding and balayage work the most ❤️

@chstyling_ has been in our wonderful industry for 17 years. 6 of those years Charlotte has worked in and around Chepstow alongside Amanda & Ashley at the mighty Saints 😇
Charlotte offers vast knowledge in colour, cutting, Barbering & styling and has taken part in numerous creative courses with big brands such as Joico, which has helped her perfect her skills along the way ❤️
Specialising in Blonding services, Charlotte creates her signature work with not only a strong technical ability but also a perfect understanding of the overall service needed to create all hue's of Blondes whilest protecting the condition of the hair 🔮🪄
Charlotte fits into the team perfectly, and we can't wait for her to start! Our team is now complete 🙌 ❤️
