Consultation is key
A consultation is where the hairdresser & the client discuss the end hair goal. This can sometimes take longer periods of time.
It is also a brilliant way to get to know each other, get a feel for the style of both the hairdresser & client and to understand how realistic the end goal is.
Earnest & Boyle offer next level consultation. Not only looking at personality, hair texture & hair condition but also the clients natural undertones to give the most flattering and beautiful results.

Lucy Margaret Hicks
Lucy is a 39 year old woman from South Wales that boasts over 23 years experience within the professional hair industry. Lucy provides all aspects of hairdressing to an exceptionally high standard as well as specialising in Hair colour.
A fun loving, outgoing woman the passion for the industry she so proudly represents is infectious.
After spending the best part of a decade delivering world class education to hairdressers across the globe, Lucy has taken the stage along side the most respected names in the hairdressing industry. A very talented Colourist & Stylist she worked her way to the top and featured in various hairdressing collections, magazines, shows, showcases and education sessions both digitally & in person.

I completed everything I set out to do & it left me thinking ‘what next?’ the final piece of my hairdressing puzzle would be to open my own professional space where I can create a beautiful, creative and relaxing environment for my salon guests.
